The default style (aka "theme") for the Forums on Misfit Squirrels is called BlackEvo4 - it includes mostly white text on a black background with links that glow when hovered or selected. It has some neon accents here and there. It was chosen as the site default because images seem to 'pop' better on dark backgrounds, like in light-box software. However, if most of your experience here is away from the pics, a dark background may not matter. Or perhaps you have trouble reading text on a dark background.

So there are alternatives styles available. As of 6/20 we offer:

MS2_purple - dark purple font on soft white background with purple accent.

MyBB_Default - black or blue font on white background with blue accent.

PeaceBlue - black font on light-gray background with blue and black accents.

Changing your style is easier than ever:

1. In the bottom right corner on every page in the forums is a 'Select Theme' button with drop-down list.
2. Select the desired theme from the descriptions noted above
3. Click the 'Select Theme' button - a transition screen opens and in a moment you are viewing to selected theme
4. Wipe hands and profit.

Experiment - perhaps use the light background themes for reading and the dark background theme for posting and viewing pics.

The ease of this plug-in will lead to more themes being added in future updates.
